Here at the Grizzly Harley-Davidson® Service Department, we have an amazing state-of-the-art facility, certified technicians, and the latest cutting-edge technology to work on any Harley-Davidson motorcycle. All of our technicians have been factory trained and certified using the latest computer diagnostic equipment by factory instructors. Every year we continue to invest in technician training in order to better diagnose and repair customers motorcycles in a timely manner. Our technicians are able to complete everything from maintenance services, repairs, warranty work, engine and/or suspension upgrades, to building complete custom motorcycles.

Our service department is one of the largest in the Northwest and the largest in the state of Montana. This department alone has over 26,000 square feet of floor space, 14 lifts, 7 work bays, a fully equipped machine shop and 2 very well lit wash bays. Stop by and give us a chance to become your favorite service department.
Need to fabricate a part? Our service department also has a complete machine shop with all the tools necessary to whip up whatever you might need. The machine shop contains a Bridgeport mill, lathe, cylinder boring machine, Mig (Metallic Inert Gas) welder and Tig (Tungsten Inert Gas) welder. There's also an environment-friendly ultra-sonic parts washer to make your old parts look and function like new. The service department also has a computerized spin balancer for high speed wheel balancing to ensure that your bike rides straight and smooth down the road.
Dyno Your Bike Today!
The dynamometer, or dyno as most riders know it, is becoming one of the best tools in the motorcycle industry for diagnosing driveability issues and adjusting the fuel and ignition maps in custom applications, all in a controlled environment. Here at Grizzly Harley-Davidson® we have the DynoJet 250i Dynamometer, with real time horsepower, torque and air/fuel ratio pick-ups, with an Eddy current load control (an electronically controlled braking system). With this dyno and our new 280 square foot dyno room, we are able to diagnose most driveability issues, no matter what the weather is outside. We are an authorized DynoJet Power Commander tunning center and dealer. By making a custom map for an individual motorcycle, you are both allowing the engine to work to its full potential and increasing power and performance throughout the whole RPM range. Grizzly Harley-Davidson® has also used other after market tuning tools. Bring your bike in and let us find the hidden potential you have been looking for.
