2013 Rental Rates and Fees for All Units
| 1-2 Day Rental | $145 per day |
| 3-4 Day Rental | $140 per day |
| 5 Day Rental | $135 per day |
| 6 Day Rental | $125 per day |
| 7-9 Day Rental | $120 per day |
| 10+ Day Rental | $115 per day |
* All reates are "Daily" rates based on a 24hr rental period and Unlimited Miles
** All rates will have a 4% State tax added
*** No HOG discounts will apply
Late Fees: A $50 per hour late fee may be added for rentals returned late. Return times will be negotiated at time of rental pick up.
All rentals will include up to 2 Half Shell Helmets, 2 Rain Suits, and 1 Cable Lock at no extra charge.
All rentals will include Roadside Assistance at no extra charge through Road America. A member ID Card will be provided with appropriate contact information.

Rental Requirements
- Must provide valid Drivers License with Motorcycle Endorsement! Out of country licenses will be accepted
- Must be minimum age of 21 at time of rental
- Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability to operate a heavyweight motorcycle
- All rentals will require a $2,000 credit card security of deposite at time of rental!
A security hold will be placed on your card until return of rental. Damage to motorcycle will be taken from the hold deposit. Rental Payments Accepted at return are Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Gift Card, or Cash Only!
Optional Insurance for Harley-Davidson® Rentals
- Supplemental Liability Insurance $15.00 p/day
- Up to $300,000 in liability insurance
- Covers Renter and Authorized passengers
- Includes under insured and uninsured motorist coverage
- Increases your liability protection. Helps protect your assets.
- Pays before your insurance does.
- Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Property Insurance $10.85 p/day (Sold as Package)
- Personal Accident Insurance:
- Package Insurance Accident Medical and Accidental Death Coverage
- Pay in addition to other insurance and extends to any passengers
- Covers renter 24 hours per day, on or off of the rental motorcycle-passengers are covered when riding on the motorcycle
- Accidental Medical Expense (Renter & Passenger) - Up to $2,500 each
- Accidental Death (Renter) - $50,000
- Accidental Death (Pasenger) - $25,000
- Personal Property Insurance:
- Covers Personal Property (i.e. Helmets, jackets, watches, etc) 24hrs per day
- Covers renters and passengers property (passengers conditions apply, see brochure) up to $750 per person ($1,500 max)
- Coverage extends on & off the motorcycle
- Pays in addition to personal insurance. Helps to cover deductibles.
- Personal Accident Insurance:
- Loss Damage Waiver $25.00 p/day (Not an Insurance)
- Limits your out of pocket liability for damages to the rental motorcycle up to the first $2,000. (See Loss/Damage Waiver Definition)
- Renters "VIP Package" $40.00 p/day
- All of the above mentioned insurance options and the Loss Damage Waiver! This is a great deal to make sure that you and your rental bike are covered, allowing you to ride worry free.

Rental Insurance Definitions
- What is Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)?
- Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is a liability insurance policy that provides protection for the renter and any listed authorized driver against claims made by third parties for bodily injury, death, and/or property damage caused by the use or operation of the rental motorcycle.
- What is Personal Accident Coverage?
- Personal Accident Coverage provides an accidental death benefit and an accidental medical expense benefit for the renter and passengers, for bodily injuries which may result from an accident during the rental period.
- What is the Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW)?
- The Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW) (not an insurance) will reduce the renter's responsibility to $2,000.00 of any damage to the motorcycle or theft (theft restrictions apply, please read Waiver, Renter Obligations thoroughly) Example of Loss Damage Waiver coverage: By purchasing the LDW, if the motorcycle suffers damage in the amount of $5,000, and I have complied fully with the Rental Agreement, I would be responsible for paying the first $2,000 (amount of Security Hold Deposit) of those damages, but not the remaining amount.
